In the year 1998, it launched the second watch brand Sonata. It leveraged their manufacturing competencies and branched into Precision Engineering Products and Machine Building.

Xerxes Sapur Desai is the founder of Titan Co. Ltd, whose efforts have uplifted the company to the height of success, and made it a renowned brand. Titan extended its approach in the international market and launched the brand across European countries. Mr. Desai took the initiative to escalate his business and brought jewelry business as well.

He lived in Bangluru and later moved from Mumbai to set up the company. He got the fruit of his efforts, and it became the first private watch company in India. A combination of good design, branding, and marketing strategy got aligned with the efforts of Mr. Desai, which made it to be the top watchmaker in India.

Titan has built the roots of its jewelry business in the international market of Dubai in 2021. The business got a good response in the international market, and hence launched two more stores - one in Dubai and another in Abu Dhabi.

Tanishq is the well-known brand of its parent company, which has came up with creativity and full potential and took efforts to make the brand successful. Deepika Padukone has got the honor to become the brand ambassador of the Tanishq brand.

Titan Engineering and Automation Limited (TEAL), was formerly known as TITAN-Precision Engineering division (PED). It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Titan Company Limited.

It marks its origin in being an in-house engineering team dedicated to high precision component manufacturing and designing, manufacturing automation machines.

The team has brought full-fledged machine building and automation and component manufacturing businesses, which helps in escalating the business and bring productivity in hundredfold.
